Reed Community Capital (“RCC”) was founded by Mark Reed to manage a portfolio of community investment and affordable housing activities. Mark’s experience as a lender, angel investor, housing developer and board member are the basis for RCC’s approach to facilitating private investments that benefit low income communities. RCC manages a portfolio of investments held by Mark and his family through Moodna Creek LLC. RCC co-manages Contact Fund and Contact Fund II in collaboration with SeaChange Capital Partners. Our team brings 100 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and tax credit investing.
